Gus Romero
Chief Executive Officer
Gus has over 30 years of management and business experience in the nutraceutical and natural product space. He has successfully developed, launched and licensed multiple clinically studied branded products into the nutraceutical market.

In addition to GTS Biotech, he is currently the President of IN Ingredients Inc., and prior to that, he was the Vice President of Sales for Integrity Nutraceuticals Inc. Gus is continually inspired by his wife, (a cardiac arrest survivor), and his two sons to develop novel therapies that will improve treatment outcomes and patients lives.
Tim Romero
Chief Development Officer
Tim Romero is a veteran in the Dietary Supplement space with proven abilities since 1993. He successfully cofounded and led the charge for a start up nutraceutical ingredient and manufacturing company Integrity Nutraceuticals where he served as both President and CEO for thirteen years. Tim currently serves as the CEO of IN Ingredients, an innovative supplier of patented and clinically tested nutraceutical ingredients.
Sachin A Shah, PharmD, FACC, FAHA
Chief Science Officer
Dr. Shah, is passionate about improving novel therapies to promote optimal lifestyle and public health. He is a fellow of the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology. His research publications have generated over 1 billion impressions in media outlets such as CNN, NPR, BBC, and USA Today. He is a Professor of Pharmacy, Director of the Innovative Clinical and Outcomes Research (iCOR) lab, and Director of the pharmaceutical industry fellowships program at University of the Pacific. He provides scientific consultation to pharmaceutical/supplement companies, and is the co-founder of VeganMed Inc. With over 15 years of clinical trial experience, he has published over 100 scientific posters/papers and trained over 50 leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. He is a former TEDx speaker on using the mind as medicine.
